Propane Tanks for Sale

ASME and DOT certified tanks from 24 to 2,000 gallons - factory direct, delivered nationwide.

Choosing the right propane tank

Tank size is driven by what you are running and how often you want a refill. A 120 gallon tank suits a single appliance such as a cooker, fireplace or standby generator. Whole-home heating usually starts at 250 gallons, and 500 gallon tanks are the common choice for a house that heats with propane year round. Farms, fleet yards and commercial sites typically run 1,000 gallon tanks or larger.

Above ground tanks cost less to install and are easier to inspect. Underground tanks keep the yard clear and hold a steadier temperature, but need correct anodic protection and a suitable excavation. Every tank we sell is ASME or DOT certified, and used tanks are inspected and documented before they leave us. If you are unsure which fits your site, compare tank sizes or talk to our team.
