How Ordering Works
We keep the buying process simple and transparent. Place your order online and pay securely by card through Stripe, our card processor. Payment completes at checkout, and your receipt and itemised invoice arrive by email at once - there is nothing left outstanding and nothing further to send us. No card details are ever entered or stored on this website, and a person checks every order before it ships.
Smaller parts travel by parcel carrier. Tanks and cages travel by freight truck. Delivery is priced at checkout - a flat $350 for a tank on a freight truck, $89 for parts that go by parcel - so your total is final before you pay, never after. Every tank ships empty in line with transport rules; once your installer has set it, any licensed propane supplier charges it on site. From your first question to the truck arriving, you are dealing with people who sell tanks all day - ask us anything at any point in the process.
