30-Day Return Policy

At Propane Tanks 4 Less, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and free of any modifications
• All original packaging, documentation, and accessories must be included
• The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
• A valid order number and proof of purchase is required
• The item must not have been filled with propane or any other gas

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Tanks that have been filled, used, or installed
• Custom-ordered or specially configured tanks
• Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling
• Clearance or final-sale items

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team by phone at (210) 570-4603 or by email at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Prepare your item by securely packaging it in the original packaging. Include all accessories, documentation, and your RMA number on the outside of the box.
3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Receive confirmation once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow the following timeframes:

• Inspection period: 3-5 business days after receiving your return
• Refund processing: Refunds are issued to the card the payment was made with, within 5-7 business days after approval
• Bank clearing: Allow an additional 1-3 business days for your bank to credit the transfer, depending on your financial institution

Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee may apply to propane tanks and large equipment returns. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking. Restocking fees do not apply to defective items or items shipped in error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return pickup and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please retain all original packaging and take photos of the damage for our records.
