1. Who you are buying from

This store is operated by Propane Tanks 4 Less, trading from 14710 Speedway Park, Von Ormy, TX 78073, US.

We are a supplier of propane and fuel tanks, not a manufacturer. We buy tanks direct from the manufacturers and sell them on to you, which removes the dealer markup. Tanks are built, certified and warranted by their manufacturers, and any manufacturer warranty passes to you as the buyer.

Orders are dispatched from our yards in Village of Clarkston, MI; Kearney, MO; Von Ormy, TX. These are dispatch points, not retail counters, and are not open for collection.

2. What we sell, and what we do not

• Tanks ship empty. Every tank is supplied unfilled, with no propane, fuel or gas inside. We supply tanks — we are not a gas supplier and we do not deliver fuel.
• A licensed propane supplier must charge the tank on site after installation. Arranging that is the customer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Installation, where offered, is carried out by licensed subcontractors we arrange. It is quoted as a fixed price at checkout.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in US dollars and are the price you pay at checkout.
• Payment is by card through Stripe, our card processor. Visa, Mastercard and American Express. No card details are entered on this website.
• Delivery is charged at a flat $350 for freight and LTL items and $89 for parcel items, to the nationwide across the 48 contiguous united states. A mixed order pays the higher rate once, not both.
• Sales tax is calculated and confirmed by our team before payment.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is mispriced, out of stock, or cannot be delivered safely to the address given. If we do, you are refunded in full and nothing is charged.
• Orders paid by card may take up to 14 additional days to be released for first-time buyers, as a precaution against chargebacks.

4. Delivery

Tanks are heavy freight. The carrier contacts you to arrange a delivery window, and you are responsible for providing safe, clear access for a freight vehicle and for anyone needed to receive the delivery. 5. Returns, refunds and cancellations

6. Safety and suitability

Propane equipment is safety-critical. Installation and servicing must follow NFPA 58 and your local codes, and must be carried out by a licensed professional. Information on this site is general guidance on sizing and specification; it is not a substitute for professional advice, and it is the customer's responsibility to confirm that a tank suits their site and complies with local regulations before ordering.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for losses arising from installation, servicing or use of a tank by a third party, or from failure to comply with applicable codes.
